Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns Eligibility:

Unless a mutual agreement is reached through investigation that the delivered item is faulty, we are unable to accept the return of goods for refund, exchange, or credit.

If we determine that the Goods are indeed faulty, we will fully comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) to either refund, repair, or replace the faulty item, in accordance with our Warranty Terms outlined below.

Condition and Process of Returned Items:

In the rare event that we agree to accept a return for reasons other than those specified in our Warranty Terms, your request must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the Goods.

 

The returned Goods must meet the following criteria:

1. They must be in unused, saleable condition.

2. Whenever possible, they should be returned in their original packaging or in a comparable standard of packaging as when delivered.

3. You agree to utilise our preferred carriers for the return shipment and to cover all associated return costs, in addition to a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price.

Clearance Goods or Floor Stock Goods:

We regret to inform that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted for orders involving clearance or floor stock items. These Goods are purchased in the condition in which they are displayed, and a waiver confirming this will be presented to you at the time of sale.

Materials & Finishes Policy:

At Artedomus, we take pride in offering goods crafted with attention to detail and quality materials. Please review our policy regarding materials and finishes:

1: Our product range is designed to embrace the beauty of natural variation, resulting in unique characteristics from piece to piece. These variations are inherent to the design of our products and should be celebrated as distinctive features.

2: You understand and accept that the Goods you purchase may exhibit differences from any samples, display models, or images you have viewed. These differences may include variations in surface details and colors, which can occur due to batch discrepancies.

3: You acknowledge that Goods crafted from natural materials, handmade items, or those intentionally aged or distressed as part of their design will inherently possess natural variations. These variations contribute to the character and individuality of each item.

4: These natural variations are not considered defects under our Warranty terms. Artedomus will not be held liable for any differences between the Goods received and any representations provided.

Warranty Against Defect:

At Artedomus, each of our products is backed by the relevant Manufacturer’s warranty, providing additional assurances beyond your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If items are received damaged or defective, customers should contact customer service immediately for assistance. Damaged goods, need to be advised no longer than 7 days from purchase/collection/delivery.

1: Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: We adhere to the provisions outlined in the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the Goods or services we supply fail to meet these standards, we will fulfill our obligations under the Act by providing an appropriate remedy.

2: In the event of a major failure of the Goods, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the Goods do not meet an accepted quality standard or if the defect is minor, we reserve the right to repair or replace the goods at our discretion.
